Midwest DJs Live on April 7-8th in Kenosha, Wisconsin is an annual gathering where DJs network, swap gear, and listen to topics on improving their performances and businesses. We’ve moved up our BBQ to let in more sun! In addition to tasty BBQ and drinks, there will also be lawn games, gear swaps, networking, and more! Time and venue to be determined.

Highly-regarded lighting and gear expert, BEN STOWE of NLFX Pro, will travel down from Bemidji, Minnesota for a special meeting on Tuesday, May 21st at Denon DJ Headquarters, 1100 Maplewood Drive in Itasca. Networking starts at 6pm, meeting/seminar at 7pm. 

Once again the ADJA will be leading the way in representing DJs. The NAMM show or the National Association of Music Merchants is a show designed for Manufacturers to meet with gear retailers from all across the nation. This is the show were many new products get introduced. ADJA will be there both as a Journalist with <a href=”http://wwwthecurrentaudition.com” target=”_blank”The Current Audition&amp”/a> our revolutionary new FREE DJ Magazine.

Not all events are at a hotel, country club, or banquet hall. Many want to have their event at their home, or a private residence. But worry about neighbors and the noise. Night time curfew for most residential areas is 10PM. But you want to party past midnight! A good solution is Movie Tickets. When you send your invitations, include your neighbors on the list. And offer them movie tickets to the late show if they decide not to attend. This way they can enjoy the evening out while you celebrate at the house!

July 14th – July 17th 2013 The ADJA will once again lead the DJ industry in reaching out to the most influential event professionals.  The membership of NACE.  ADJA will provide entertainment for 3 events during the conference. It will be another example of how ADJA leads the way helping DJs to build their business by representing them at influential meetings & events.
